To encourage volunteerism, provide goodwill service in Native American communities and in urban society.
A look at the wonderful ladies who have held the title of Miss Native American, USA.
Participating in MNAUSA gave me the chance to explore and embrace my identity as a Native woman. It was a powerful experience to meet and network with other Native woman who share a collective energy in yearning to make Indian Country a better place.
The MNAUSA Pageant provided a space for my voice to be heard as a Jemez Pueblo, German, and Irish woman. It was empowering to learn from fellow contestants to get involved in our Native communities and create changes for our people across the United States. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to compete in such an extraordinary pageant as it helped me gain my confidence in reconnecting with my Native heritage.
